How to View Reports

• Login as Patient using credentials from your receipt.
• Click on Sign In.
• If report is published, it will open instantly.
• You can download & print the PDF report.
• Install Acrobat Reader to view PDF files.
• If unable to login, report may not be published yet.
• For help, contact our centre.
